hey, bros, just started my 2nd cycle ever, I am running test e 500mgs a week for 12 weeks with decca at 300mgs for 10 weeks, followed of coarse by clomid for pct. Anyways, i want to add anvar or winny tabs for the last 4 to 6 weeks of this cycle to cutt a little. just looking for some advise on which one to run and the best way to run it with this cycle. i'm leaning towards winny because its a hell of alot cheaper! thanks!

winny and the deca go together nicely in a stack if it were me doing this cycle i would opt for the winstrol because its cheaper and for me tends to produce better results

cool, thank s, just curious how soon u started noticing the winstrol take effect and whats a good mg per day to run for my 1st time?

i ran 50mg a day in the oral tabs, cant remember the make they were 50mg per tab and i split it twice daily. It took about 2 weeks to kick in like most orals, i started getting sore joints after the 3rd week but the deca will help with that. I wouldnt use winstrol again due to it was harsh on my hairline being a derivative of dht and im very prone to male pattern baldness

I am 19 years old and am planning on taking 500-600 mg of equipoise a week for at least 12 weeks as my second cycle. I have been on a cycle of deca/sust 250 mg each a week for 10 weeks and got good results. I do not want to take test again because the side effects are not as mild that is why I am going with equipoise only as my second cycle. I was wondering if anybody knows if there is a difference between injecting in the delt rather than the glute. I have heard before that if you inject a certain muscle over another that muscle will grow. So i would rather inject my delt if my upper body will have an advantage. Can anybody tell me if this is true? Also, I was wondering if it hurts injecting in the delt and would I be able to work out my arms and shoulders without pain. Also what can I expect to gain off this cycle if I train hard and keep a good clean healthy diet? Any help would be appreciated

There is some debate over increasing the muscle size that something is injected in, basically this is not going to happen, the only increase is mainly due to swelling which goes. To see difference in size alot of oil needs to be injected on a regular basis which is not a good idea. As for injecting into the delt good luck i have done a bicep shot before and never again. I hope that your shoulders are nice a muscular other wise you could be in for some serious pain.

Also some injection sites hurt for a few days after this is managable after a quad or glute shot but anything like shooting in the bicep i lost the use of my arm for a week.

Thanks for the info T-man. I have started my cycle, and injected 500mg in the glute.. I was wondering if it is a better idea to split the dosage to 250 mg twice a week?

most people split it for example 250 on mondays and thursdays, with 500mg it dosnt really matter that much
