do spot injections work
i have heard that if you inject into your bicep or shoulder etc the area will grow faster. any truth in this guys

personally i think its rubbish otherwise the average steroid user would be walking around will big asses

some believe this works as 100%pumped said, any increase would be from scar tissue and swelling
