how much clomid or nolvadex do i need for post cycle therapy

PCT Protocol

The normal protocol for clomid is:
day 1 300mg
day 2-11 100mg ed (every day)
day 12-21 50 mg ed
Doses split throughout the day.

As clomid comes in 50mg tablets usually you would need the following:
Day 1 = 6 tablets
Day 2-11 20 tablets
day 12-21 = 10 tablets

Total = 36 tablets

The same applies for nolvadex.
PCT meds are so cheap its worth getting a little more then you actually need, Nolvadex in particular works great as an estrogen blocker so if you start to feel like your nipples are itchy and puffy then take one tablet a day for a week and reaccess.

In my experience i have found it usful to get 90 tablets for my cycle, so i have enough for anti estrogen and PCT.
