How long to take PCT? - Anabolic steroids, fitness and bodybuilding discussion and information forums

I'm doing a D Bol / Deca stack and have Nolvadex only for PCT. Is this sufficient on its own (or do i need some Proviron) and how long do you continue the PCT??

I've already started taking 40mg per day (on week 2) as i have felt a small lump under my left nipple as a result of the D-Bol, as i have used Deca previously with no probs. Again, do you think this is sufficent??

Nolvadex should be sufficient, proviron isnt the best substance to use post cycle anyway. This thread has some good information for you Post cycle therapy PCT information. As your using deca it tends to shut the system down quite hard so you mayt want to run PCT for 4-5 weeks after cycle leave it about 3 weeks after your last deca injection before starting PCT

As for using the nolvadex throughout your cycle that should be sufficient take it for week at a time or untill symptoms stop

Is 40mg ed enough to control symptoms?? I'm on 25mg D-Bol ed and 375mg Deca per week..

The reason i mentioned Proviron is i've read that Nolvadex only blocks estrogen and when you finish the course you may experience the gyno problems you were trying to prevent?? Or is that wrong??

And is 40mg ed got for PCT or should i alter dosage for PCT.

alter the dose for PCT to try and match that in the example in the link.

40mg should be enough for symptoms if after a week they still there up it by another 20mg. it usually calms down after a week
