bench press alternatives
i hate this exercise as it really hurts my shoulders, any alternatives for building a big chest

if it hurts your shoulders more then your chest i think the answer to your problem is train shoulders more it sounds like your shoulders are weaker then your chest so the exercise is felt more in that area.
