I have always liked then following:
Standing Barbell Curl Incline Dumbbell Curl Standing Hammer Curl Dips Lying Triceps Extension Triceps Pressdown 3 sets of 8-12 reps should work fine, i personally like a higher volume and do around 4 sets of each. |
