Default Pumping iron
I absolutly love this arnold film, even know im not really a body builder myself i find it enspiring and i tend to watch it every now and again to psyche me up before training. He looks massive in this clip from the movie.

Not the most famous of his films for people that do not know about his early years this is also one of my favourites, i have the anniversary disc with all the behind the scenes clips etc and its fasinating although not the biggest body builder by far he looks massive and imo has the idea bodybuilders body without the roid bully associated with proffesional bodybuilders of today.

Speaking of arnold i have read a biography about hime, cant remember the name of it but its a good book and inspiring also
