Try the following for your back workout
Wide Grip pull ups 5 x10 (or pull downs if ou cant do pull ups) Palms facing each other pull ups 5 x 10 (really get your chest to the bar) T bar row 5 x 10 Dumbell rows 5 x 10 i find this is a lat killer |
