My oral only cycle starting 21/01/08

My First cycle (oral only cycle)

This site is like my diary or journal for my first steroid cycle, i will make daily posts keeping track of my thoughts feelings and progress throughout, taking body part measurements and weight every week. I have decided that steroids is the next step for me to take i want to increase my muscle mass and improve my body in a short space of time. I do not want to use injectable steroids so i have opted to try an oral only steroid cycle.

My start day is going to be monday the 21st jan 2008 and will last for 8 weeks in total. The cycle will look something like this which is taken from the newbies guide to steroids:

Week 1 25mg dianabol

Week 2 30mg dianabol

Week 3 30mg dianabol

Week 4 40mg dianabol

Week 5 40mg dianabol

Week 6 30mg dianabol

Week 7 30mg dianabol

Week 8 25mg dianabol

Week 9 Start PCT cycle


I aim to keep track of my progress through pictures and measurements which will be taken on the monday of every week. My goals for the cycle is to gain as much weight as possible with the aim to gain around 15lbs if possible. For training i tend to do high volume training and my workouts will be summerised on each day as to what exercises and how many sets are performed.


I am doing this cycle to increase my strength as currently its pretty **** to be honest i have not trained for a while and feel weak, and to gain weight. I am hoping that all of these combined will increase my confidence and change my lifestlye. I have been training on and off for about 2 years and have decided to take it seriously i need something to motivate me into training consistantly and eating a bodybuilders diet so i feel this cycle will help me to do that and hopefully reach my goals.



I am in no way trying to sell any product nor do i promote the use of steroids this site is simply my online diary i am keeping to track my progress and if you want to follow along with me then you are welcome to do so.

I am not going to post the complete diary enteries on this site as i am going to post them on my cycle blog i will however use this thread purely to answer questions about my cycle and to post the results.

please do not critise my or my cycle i have decided to do this and will see it through till the end regardless of anyones comments.

i am so excited about starting my first anabolic steroids cycle i want to start now, i have all the gear and evertything i need to start but cannot start early as have already planned to start monday so will just have to hold on for a bit, i am working on the before and after stats now so keep checking
