i am a teen bodybuiler and have problems gaining weight no matter what i try nothing is working, i have problems getting to the gym regulary aswell. i am only 16.
you have already stated that you cannot train regulary so there is your first probelm the second problem is i doubt you eat properly and consume enough calories to actually gain weight visit Bodybuilding information - weight gain diets nutrition bodybuilding and read through the hardgainer section
good advice from pumped i seriously suggest you get your nutrition in shape first use a good meal replacement or weight gainer inbetween main meals to add extra calories and protein to your diet
